Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of visual materials, including but not limited to digital and print collateral, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and communication goals.
- Create and deliver engaging visual content for online and offline platforms, ensuring a consistent and professional brand image.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.

Administrative Executive
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of Administrative functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance reviews.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and exit management.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Cultivate strong employee relations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Job Role: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Implement systems and templates for the Marketing department.
- Manage all local digital touchpoints for Omni Future Group, including social media platforms, website, email marketing, SEM, PPC, etc.
- Optimize digital efforts to target the right consumer segments effectively.
- Lead marketing campaigns, digital properties, and communication through owned channels.
- Expand Omni Future, Singles Market, and KL Life Fest reach by collaborating with strategic partners and online media.
- Act as the marketing guardian, curating and developing brand-aligned content for Omni Future's project
- Utilize conversion tactics to drive revenue for the Sales team.
- Plan, schedule, and create content for Omni Future's Projects.
- Manage blogs for Omni Future's Projects sharing insights and culture of the event industry.
- Take the initiative on video and content production for Omni Future's products.
- Organize monthly community events for Omni Future to enhance the ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Events, PR, Marketing, Business Development, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Diploma or Bachelorβs Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Event Sales & Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales leads from in-bound phone calls and website inquiries.
- Ensure timely response to all inquiries, adhering to sales SOPs.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients to build relationships and brand loyalty.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives, prepare event proposals, and provide quotations.
- Conduct venue tours for clients as needed, including travel when required.
- Prepare event costing, quotations, and invoices.
- Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet overall company sales targets.
- Manage and coordinate with event suppliers and vendors, such as caterers, AV teams, and decorators.
